View my mentions

To view your mentions

There are two main ways to view your mentions.

The "Mentions" link in the left-hand sidebar will always show you all mentions regardless of where they are.

The mentions button in the menu bar will show you mentions up to the level you are zoomed into - but not mentions that are at higher levels. 

To view all your mentions everywhere

Note: This way of viewing mentions will show you all mentions regardless of where they are

1. Open the left-hand sidebar 
2. Click on "Mentions"
3. Mentions will now be highlighted in your Workflowy

Note: Clicking the "Mentions" button again will take you back to where you were before you entered mentions mode

To view all your mentions within a specific space

If you want to only see the mentions for a specific space, this is the way to do so.

Note: If you zoom to a space and the mentions icon is not visible in the menu bar - this means you do not have any mentions in that space.

1. Zoom to the space you want to check for mentions
2. Click the mentions icon in the menu bar
3. Mentions will now be highlighted in your Workflowy

Note: Clicking the mentions icon again will take you to the root of your Workflowy
