You can combine these with any text or tag searches.

To search by type

You can search for items that have been completed, items that have videos or images, and items that are mirrors or backlink.

Complete items
Search for items that have been completed
Example: is:complete

Exclude items
To exclude items for a search, prepend the search item with a dash -
Example: #project -is:complete

Specific type
Search for items based on the type of content with has:
You can search for note, file, image, video, tweet
Example: has:image

Mirrors or backlinks
Search for mirrors or backlinks with is: + mirror or backlink
Example: is:mirror

To search by colors and text type

Search for items based on the type of text or color effect applied to it with text:

You can search for:
Text colors (red, orange, yellow, green, teal, sky, blue, purple, pink, gray)
Text format (colored, highlighted)
Specific text format (bold, italic, underline)
Example: text:purple

Highlight color
Search for items based on their highlight color with highlight:

Shared and edited items

You can search for items that have been shared and that have been edited.

Items you have shared
Search for items you have shared
Example: is:shared

Items others have shared with you
Search for items other users have shared with you and you have saved
Example: is:embedded

Edited in the last x time unit
Search for items that have been edited in the last x time unit with changed:
d = days, h = hours, m = minutes
Example: changed:12h
