Workflowy teams subscription

A Workflowy team subscription makes it quick and easy to manage teammate accounts and pay for everyone from a single place.

Instead of having everyone sign up for a pro subscription, only the team admin has to input payment details and can simply add and remove teammates as desired.

Each teammate added by the admin will automatically receive all the benefits of a pro subscription.

How to create a team account

There are two main ways to create a team account.

A. If you're already logged into your Workflowy account

1. Open the settings panel

2. Click on the link under the Workflowy for Teams section.

3. Click Create a Team and follow the steps to become an admin and add your teammates.

B. If you don't have a Workflowy account

1. Visit workflowy.com/teams-signup.

2. Click Create a Team and follow the steps to become an admin and add your teammates.
