In Board mode, is there a hotkey to move the cursor to the next/previous vertical?

I usually have a weekly kanban setup (see screenshot example), and have to make frequent edits to multiple days across the week.

If my cursor is currently active in the "BB" card, is there a hotkey for me to move the cursor to either card "AA" or "CC" without having to use the mouse to click on them? If there isn't, I would love for this to be a new feature, as it makes managing wide kanban boards much easier (and please don't use "tab", as that gets conflated with expanding the date autocompletion).
