"Three dots" selection menu next to an item disappears too quick in Board mode

In Board mode, I noticed that when my mouse scrolls over to the "three dotted" selection menu to the right of an item, the menu would not appear because the three dots would disappear too quickly.  

However, in the regular Bullets mode, there is no issue.
