Customizable Themes - Background Image

Wood, Steel, and Hacker are not enough. I would like to personalize my theme.

Pick my own image as the background (to be uploaded or at least change the color)

Pick my container colors (even just light or dark would be nice. And opacity)

Choose my global text color (from all current choices)

Choose my global link color (from all current choices)

Choose my font type (your current options would be fine)
