A node that is the results of a search
Hi,
I tend to under-use the search and spend all of my time in the outline view. I'd love to have a way to create a node that is a search query and see the sub-nodes as the results of that query. This would help to do thing like displaying all the #todo tags for a project at a top level that i can then click on to drill down, or see a list of active projects at the top of my tree that I can add to by appending a tag to the existing node.
I would expect that the sub-nodes function the same way as mirrors where if editted they would be writing the data to the real node.
Maybe i just need to get more comfortable with search
Thanks

I would really, really appreciate this feature too. What a huge add this would be to WorkFlowy!
Search results persistent as a bullet/node in the outline.
I could have my search for "tasks" visible right along with my "daily journal" without having to click between different searches, etc. -
WAIT: what about offering the "internal link" of a saved search?
Then we can link any node with the search as a workaround until the real search nodes are here.
That internal link of a saved search can be copied in Workflowy-web version. But not in the Desktop app.
Wouldn't be that an easy and non intrusive temporary solution, @Frank ?
EDIT: I've just entered the web version (that I never use), clicked in a saved search, and copied the link to it that appears in the browser bar. Then selected any node (even in desktop app) and hiperlink the text of a node to that direction copied from the browser. It works. Now the search is accesible directly from a node.
PD. Let me add that the internal link of a search is universal. For example, try to link any text or node in your account with this: https://workflowy.com/#?q=today and we'll all have the search results for the "today" tagged nodes of our own account... but with a common link adress.
