Mobile Customization

It would be nice to be able to add more customization to the mobile platform.  If we could add or be able to modify a CSS sheet to allow individual custom "Auto Highlights", "Fonts", colors, and themes would be great.  Ability to build plugins would be even better.  There are third party customization systems that can be used on the desktop, but mobile apps are being left behind in this category.
