Move Items In Starred Menu

Windows app latest build (22.04.26.1729):

In the left side menu that shows STARRED and HOME items, I can move HOME items (regular nodes) up and down to reposition them. The STARRED menu items are fixed by alphabetical order in the larger list. 

This often bears no relation to their starred importance nor to any reliable way to remember them (who remembers what notes begin with what letters?). 

A simple way to reorder the STARRED menu items list without changing their order within the larger list - such as drag and drop - would be useful.

  +1 This would help a lot with our custom organization. also, the ability to add a horizontal divider line would be much appreciated to make different sections.
