Make the Keyboard Shortcuts pop-out an attached panel

Hi, I would like to use the Keyboard Shortcuts pop-out more. The problem is it hides some of the text below when it is popped-out. It would be nice to have an option to attach it to the right side and make the central part resize accordingly. All the best,
