Desktop app for Win 10 32bit

The desktop app for win 10 64bit installs and works fine.

While the desktop app for Win10 32bit used to also work fine, after somewhat recent Workflowy updates, it no longer does.

Installing to Win 10 32bit completes apparently successfully (ie, no longer insisting on Win 10 64bit during the install). However Workflowy will not open a window (even though Workflowy processes are seen to be running in the Win Task Manager).  This behaviour has been observed on multiple desktops running Win 10 32bit (all with latest builds of Win 10 at the time, both Home and Pro versions).

Revo Uninstaller has not (yet) been tried as part of the trials.

No way of monitoring/capturing/viewing the incomplete Workflowy startup within Windows has yet been discovered (ie, log file or other diagnostic tool).

Absence of a desktop app restricts Workflowy use to online only.
