Choosing what content to embed

I have "Embed Content" turned on, but I don't want to embed all YouTube videos or tweets etc

Is there a way to choose what to embed?

  Now is there a way to choose which YT videos and Tweets to embed. Instead of embedding all videos and tweets?

  For now (until we focus again on embedding in general) it's an all-or-nothing affair 😬

  Just wondering: Are there plans to revisit embeds again at some point in the near future, and explore options for embedding other types of content? 

  For example, I would like to be able to embed image links from my gallery on Ko-fi:
