Desktop app doesnt work, win 10

Hi, I have problem with the desktop app. Every 2 weeks or so it stops to work. When I want to open it, a note appearsthat it's not possible to open the app. I have to download it again. Starting to be little bit annoying. Can I do something with it? 

I upload the note, even in Czech, just because of the number it shows, maybe it'll help.

  Would you try uninstalling all traces of WorkFlowy with this tool:

  Hi, thanks for advise, I tried, but even this program doesn't see the workflowy app at all. When I try to search for it in the PC folder, I find several items, but it's impossible to clean it from the computer "nicely". I tried the hard way and simply start to delete all manualy, but that's endless and imposible, because some of the parts are hiden deep in the system. So I'm afraid I broke it totaly :D 

  But I tried to download the app again, it wanted log in now, so I take it as a good sign and hopefuly it will work now. I will see.
