    Hi!

We can't yet integrate with anything... but we would like to build an API that allows the community to create such integrations. This is on our list but is not on our immediate roadmap...

Hello friends, I share the same experience with @kay. I‘d rather not use notion and appreciate Readwise a lot. I feel it could be a major reason for many second brain users to come to Workflowy. Would love to see that integration asap. I also think Readwise would be glad to help to make it work. They are supe responsive.
    Keep it up.
    Much love from Berlin

Just adding fuel to the fire here hopefully: a good friend of mine just introduced me to Readwise, and as a longtime paying user, my first thought was "I hope there's a way to integrate this with my Workflowy"

Totally get the importance of standing up an API in the first place, very important priority to enable all kinds of integrations.

Sending regards to the Workflowy team -- love what you've built, it's literally how I organize my life, and am rooting for you every day!

    I'd also love this.

At the moment, I'm exporting Readwise highlights automatically to Evernote and then copy-pasting them to Workflowy (this second step is fully manual). I tried Markdown Export before, but that, too, was a heavy work...

I found this link this morning. Sure it's me, and not the bookmarklet, but I'm still figuring out how to get my Readwise highlights to Workflowy directly and seamlessly, so I can take Evernote out of the equation.

Yay!  It works.  Just follow these instructions.  It imports your Readwise highlights.  Thanks.

    Hi, xs.

That's why I said in my previous comment that it should be me, and not the bookmarklet, but it isn't working for me: too many highlitghts? Maybe. My issue is I get stuck in the process and haven't been able to finalize it even once.

Among the several tries I did, I provide once an empty Readwise-token. That's the only time it worked (I got the confirmation popup in Workflowy... but, of course, no hightlight was syncronized).

Since it hasn't been updated for 2 years, no big hope on getting to the developer, either...

Should anyone find a better way to use it, that would be simply amazing...

I would also love to have the Readwise integration. This would make Workflowy even more powerful.

@Ruben for me it worked. It just took a looong time to process without any update on the screen. So maybe if you try again, with the token and just leave the window open for some time, it might just work.

@Guido, thanks for your feedback; it might have something to do with having a looong Readwise highlights series... but it's not working for me, at least for the moment.

I guess being an unofficial integration doesn't help much, either... 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️
