Do notes count towards the monthly bullet limit?

Do the creation of notes count towards the monthly bullet limit? Does a note count as one "item"? What are other "items" that count towards the monthly limit? Thanks in advance.

  Hi!

  Every time you hit Enter and a new bullet is created, that counts toward the monthly limit. You can add as much content to the note of a bullet (or not) and just the bullet counts toward your limit.
