    Hi Todd!

In the meantime, you could select all and hit Ctrl+O (the letter "O" x2 to complete everything and then uncomplete everything to reset.

Oh, thanks! Looks like ctrl-o is to show/hide completed items, but selecting all (then ctrl-enter, or even the popup menu) seems to be the secret trick. I never even thought to try selecting everything, makes perfect sense!

2 years later this STILL doesn't work properly.

My use cases are similar to OPs: Project completion checklists and pre-travel checklists.  Once I've been through a list hitting Ctrl-Enter on each item there is no real way to reset so ALL items and sub items in the current node are set to incomplete.

You can select a some nodes then Ctrl-O to show completed items then Ctrl-Enter to complete/uncomplete (it moves the cursor so you have to manually re-select and then Ctrl-enter) but eventually all the selected *visible* nodes will be reset. BUT! if any nodes were not fully expanded all their sub-nodes will remain completed. So the only way to do this is to manually go through and expand every node and sub node before doing the select all and mark incomplete.

Its a shame. I have about a dozen checklists I want to use and copy and re-use and workflowy has no real way to allow that sort of work flow.

Malcolm, as with so many missing (or YMMV) features of WF, WFx comes to the rescue. Its "resetchecklist" command does the trick. WFx for WorkFlowy - Chrome Web Store (google.com)
