Has anyone figured out how to integrate Workflowy into Outlook calendar to create meeting agendas?
I am lover of workflowy but have to use outlook due to company mandate and can't seem to make workflowy fit into my daily workflow (ha, see what i did there? :))
I and my team have several meetings every day and we spend an hour each morning building shared meeting agendas for each meeting and use the same document to capture minutes and follow-up. Right now we are forced to use evernote or onenote (neither of which i like very much) do to the ability to go through a list of meetings and have a outlook plug-in of some kind create a note for each with the attendees and topic as a starting point to create the agenda.
Has anyone figured any kind of convoluted workflow to get their outlook appointments to create a note in workflowy that can contain those elements? I'm happy to consider e-mail, sending invitations or any of the ITTT or similar middleware components but have not found one that actually works yet.
Thanks... Bill

I've found a "solution" to this, you'd need to script a bit further to make it useful - the solutioln is (assuming Office365) to use the https://portal.office.com link to load Office365 homepage and now load the outlook webapp - open the meeting and copy the URL (you need to expand and then "pop-out" to get a URL)
My workflow that uses this approach is after processing my inbox in Outlook, I have "Read", "Action", "Reply" folders where I drop mails after I've processed them (inbox zero approach) - I then drop these into Workflowy to give me a place to do organise the action and keep everything in one place.
Yours is a bit different but similar enough - investigate "Clip to Workflowy" plugins to save manual copy and paste of URL - doesn't list attendees or subject, but at least it's a placeholder to the meeting - starter for 10 anyway

The clip to.. solution is how i have been playing with it right now but as you mention it doesn't add the context of subject or especially attendees which is the part i want to be able to share the list to form an agenda / minutes to the attendees as workflowy users. I think this will have to wait until we see the API's come and an outlook calendar plug-in gets built.
