can't show all item of search results

Hello!

This is a question feedback about search results. When searching for a keyword, I found that workflow did not display all qualified results, and some items were omitted. After many experiments, it seems that I can only search for words beginning with keywords. I don't know if my method is wrong.

  It seems that the answer has been found in the community. Using accurate matching (adding double quotation marks around keywords) can effectively alleviate this problem, but I don't understand the specific principle.

  Now there is a new question, why not use the search results with double quotation marks as the default search results, and for what purpose.
