    Hi Riley,

Would you try clearing your browser cache for WorkFlowy?

Clearing the site data brought the image back exactly as expected. Thanks for your help, you guys are doing an awesome job with all the new features.

I'm having a similar issue, it seems to be happening with almost all images. A few do appear, but I'm not sure what the pattern is.

Unlike the OP I haven't checked the browser dev tools.

Clearing the browser cache for workflowy site didn't work.

However, the images all appear ok in beta.workflowy.com. Not quite sure what the difference is, but I'll keep using that as a workaround.

Recently I'm getting the same issue with many images on the beta site too - again, I just see a grey box.

However, I can still seem them on the mobile app, as this is very frustrating now.

    Please advise!

I am having this same problem. A significant amount of the images in my class notes are grayed out like this image above. I tried clearing my cache and that did nothing. Please help!

I noticed that I don't get this issue in incognito mode, or on the mobile app or my windows machine.

Have tried disabling the extensions which are disabled in incognito mode (and then clearing cache, rebooting), but that hasn't fixed the issue.

Weirdly, I've started seeing images again on the main site workflowy.com.

As far as I can see they have all re-appeared. Presumably trying disabling the extensions and clearing the cache again worked, but I guess I only checked the beta site until now.

For reference, the issue remains for me on beta.workflowy.com

For reference, the block of html which is completely missing on one of my pages on beta is like this:

    <div class=" _1qkujye"><div class=" _1jriaqm"></div></div><img src="https://workflowy.com/file-proxy/file/gAAAAABitFrkqpSPISadguy9Vdo-rya5IRj82nEQjTLX7huGBd0Pdr-jVQW2X_2aNDJ853z7k3aHxyNGC02zfrIFNWfP7xZ_KF44_vx0z0h2kHpJcjltrvPdzpg5UAnSq50qgrzLXGfu2ik__9QkwF9KIoy0-qjhCBdtg8MyEmqx66WcGUuzZd44rt3UT40AAXCIdEApr29aGDfgDYjXNYPKZm6d3lF09g1NrimcS5N6hYHWiuEkch3-JGmg6LEYQp_GAtZu1euMprIsD5LBqstruobfVH8uu3p_-yOYr1yJtXyPzG7rKsenAdnjbZrY_xT5PLbLVXjrh1mD5NABpyRY4NsgqApoRWUEW9qgjZILDW2hTkItINb8NlqS4QxyWR5G6VrLIIn0xeuubnceO_xR-0o90MulN8K9TDe1cvCbqD0Jt5CpdBHtvZtDBACrPXAc8Iwk7bj5/" alt="image.png" draggable="false"><div class=" _1y2xqwk"><div tabindex="0" class="menu keep-overlay _11q1rc8"><div><div class=" _1lzkqzp"><svg aria-hidden="true" focusable="false" data-prefix="fal" data-icon="ellipsis-v" class="svg-inline--fa fa-ellipsis-v fa-w-2 fa-1x " role="img" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" viewBox="0 0 64 512"><path fill="currentColor" d="M32 224c17.7 0 32 14.3 32 32s-14.3 32-32 32-32-14.3-32-32 14.3-32 32-32zM0 136c0 17.7 14.3 32 32 32s32-14.3 32-32-14.3-32-32-32-32 14.3-32 32zm0 240c0 17.7 14.3 32 32 32s32-14.3 32-32-14.3-32-32-32-32 14.3-32 32z"></path></svg></div></div></div></div></div>

This issue is afflicting me. I have images for work projects that I am now trying to view to create a report, and all images are just gray squares.

Fortunately, I found this thread, and in Incognito mode, the images load successfully so I am able to proceed.

It seems like a serious problem that should be addressed.

    Thanks!

This worked. I just wish I'd been told when it first became available because I've been struggling with this issue for over 5 months, so I would have appreciated it if someone had mentioned this solution sooner.

    Hello,

I am experiencing this same issue.

I have cleared the cache using your tool, and that has the images appearing again at workflowy.com, the images also appear correctly on my android (which is where I took them originally).

On my iphone and on the desktop program, the images appear as grey boxes. Any ideas on this?

    Hi Christopher,

Would you try deleting the desktop and iPhone apps and resinstalling?

Here's the download link for the desktop app:
