Cannot get cursor to edit/write

For the last couple of days when I try and tap on my existing lists in workflowy I have been unable to get a cursor. As a result I can’t edit any of the lists I’ve made. This is on my iPhone. I’ve tried closing the app and switching my phone off & on. I can swipe to delete items on the lists, I can also click on the menu icons at the bottom of the screen and the star in the top right hand corner. The house symbol on the top left hand side is unresponsive. I have full use of other apps on my phone across the entire phone screen. Do you have any suggestions? I use workflowy all the time - thanks!!

  Hi Ruth!

  Would you try deleting the app and reinstalling?

  I am having the same problem. I deleted the app and reinstalled, but it's still not working. I also updated my iPhone (8), but the app is still having the same problme. Help please!

  Hello Frank, thanks for the feedback! I can’t believe I forgot to delete and reinstall app. It’s still not working though. I have discovered that there is a difference in the lists - so that the lists I share with my husband I can click through into lists (by clicking on the bullet point) and go down two sub levels and THEN I can edit them, but not at the higher levels.

  The lists that are only mine I can edit at any level.

  Something to do with permissions perhaps? But my husband has not changed any settings lately…

  I should clarify that with the lists I share with my husband (very important ones like the weekly shop!) I used to just be able to expand them and then immediately edit. The workaround isn’t nearly as convenient

  I am having the same problem with Blackberry KeyOne. When I tap any text, the cursor shortly appears, but disappear again. It does not work for any level of text.

  Hi Kamil,

  I believe this might be happening in a shared list for you. Would you see if this is happening everywhere... or only in shared lists (that others have shared with you)... and if so, would you ask them to unshare > reshare with you?
