'pin' a bullet to the top of its parent

• Concept: 'pin' a bullet (child) to the top of its parent
• Functionality: additional child bullets would then be added below the pins
• Utility: frequently referenced bullets could remain easily accessible and visible - without needing to be constantly re-ordered within its scope. This would be especially useful on mobile. 
• Example: 'pin' a frequently visited url/reference/contact (child) to the top of a to-do sub-item (parent) nested within a larger generic to-do list (grandfather)
