accelerate the startup process and add a tag tree

Hi there!
I find that wf starts a little slowly on my phone and Windows 10. Could you please accelerate it？
Besides, as I always use wf to take course notes containing many words of concept，many tags have accumulated here, which is a bit messy. Could you please add the feature of “tag tree” to manage the tags?
