Add ⏹️ Checkbox, ✅ Completed Checkbox, and Unicode / Emoji Options to Bullet Points

It would be super awesome if you could right-click on a bullet and change its look to an empty checkbox. Or a completed checkbox! Or heck, to any unicode character, including emojis. 

That way, if I have a project and it has tasks, notes, and questions, I could display it like this:

              ⏹️ Tasky

                      ⏹️ SubTasky

              ⏹️ Tasky

              📋 Notesy

              ?   Questiony

              🍣 Sushi

Yes, I understand that I can put emojis after the bullet points, but it's just not the same. I miss the thrill of the checkbox.
