Keep and Evernote both have this useful feature. This would allow me to almost completely switch to Workflowy.

  Just discovered Workflowy (yeah, where have I been?) and the first thing I looked for, that has prevented me from leaving Evernote, is OCR. Please consider adding extracted text from images or attachments, to whatever magic index Workflowy maintains...
