    Hi Huib,

    Please write to us at help@workflowy.com so that we can have the email of your WorkFlowy account and I'll look into this. 

    What happens a LOT is that users sign up for a new (and thus blank) account accidentally instead of logging into an already-existing account. You can check in your Settings menu to see the email you're logged in with.
