    Hi Judith,

Would you try uninstalling your desktop app and reinstalling?

    https://www.workflowy.com/downloads/

... and in the meantime, until we get to the bottom of this, would you try logging in at workflowy.com in your browser?

Thank you, Frank. I'll try that.

Actually, how do I uninstall? I don't see an option for that. Will I lose all my data?

    Hi Judith,

If you are able to get into your WorkFlowy app for a brief period before it asks you to log in again... would you try adding something on your home page... and then would you see if you can log in at workflowy.com in your browser and see if that change is there? If so, that means your desktop app is syncing to our servers.

And if your desktop app is syncing to our servers, then you can go ahead and uninstall the WorkFlowy app.

I don't have a Mac... but here's what Google tells me about uninstalling an app on Mac:

Use the Finder to delete an app
    1. Locate the app in the Finder. ...
    2. Drag the app to the Trash, or select the app and choose File > Move to Trash.
    3. If you're asked for a user name and password, enter the name and password of an administrator account on your Mac. ...
    4. To delete the app, choose Finder > Empty Trash.
