    Hi Jim,

    Is this still a persisting issue? Would you ask everyone to log out and back in again to WorkFlowy?

    Yes, we're still having the issue.  I just had one of the users log out and back in.  Here's the screen shot we took (I added the red arrow overlay).

    Hi Jim,

    Are you using the "Mirror" feature? Would you try disabling the mirror feature and reloading? Does this do anything?

    I'm going to create a ticket out of this so that I can better troubleshoot via our helpdesk (help@workflowy.com).

    Frank, thanks for your help.  I have a quick question.  If I disable the mirror feature, what will happen to all the items I currently have mirrored?  Will I be able to get them back?

    Hi Jim,

    Yes... you can disable and re-enable and you'll have your mirrors back. They won't get broken. Don't forget to reload...

    I removed the only mirrored item from the shared boards and it appears to have solved the problem. (this was before I got your confirmation that my other mirrors wouldn't be broken so I didn't disable mirroring). Thank you for your help!
