When did they add "Mirror Links"? That's an absolute God-send!

Something I've been hankering for for years of Workflowy use. I don't know how I didn't notice it in Settings until now. And it's implemented perfectly, with the (( bit and everything being perfectly mirrored (rather than just a link to the node). Good job WF team. 

Incidentally, what's the difference between that & "Inline Linking"?

    I'm no expert, but the "inline linking" creates a quick hyperlink to another area within your Workflowy. 

    An easy way to do this is to type a double open square bracket -- "[[" followed by a phrase from some other area within your Workflowy that you want to link to. The "[[" followed by some text will search for that text in your Workflowy and will pop up a list of matches. You highlight the right one and hit "Enter" -- and voila! You have a hyperlink to another location within your Workflowy. 

    I use both a lot and like you, I am so glad to finally have this!

     Hello WorkFlowyville. Here's a quick summary of our LINK-EDITING CAPABILITIES up to this point (please include anything I miss in the thread )RECENT CAPABILITY:
    1. Hover over any link to see a clickable ⌵ chevron. At this point you can also hit Tab to bring up the link editor popup (instead of clicking).
    2. You can directly edit the text of any link without bringing up the link editor (This doesn't change the original link – Just the text of the embedded link).
    BRAND SPANKING NEW CAPABILITY :
    1. We can now paste links directly over any text to embed! (enabled automatically)
    2. Activate WorkFlowy Beta > Context menu for a context menu that includes a clickable link icon.
    3. We can now select text and use Ctrl+K to bring up the link editor. (One must have the Context menu beta feature toggled on). Also, the selected text should not have a pre-existing link.

    Hey Tyler, David, how do you enable "Inline Linking" or "Mirror Links"? I can't seem to find it in the settings?

    Under Settings -- turn on the "Beta" feature 

    Then you should see additional options to enable the Mirror and Inline Linking options

    To answer the original question... we haven't publicly announced Mirrors yet. We're still polishing.. so @Tyler, you're still ahead of the pack! We do announce early and get development feedback in the WorkFlowy Users Group on Slack. Here's an invite link:

    Hi Thomas, 

    That's strange... I don't use a WorkFlowy email for Slack... I think you need to first have a Slack account and then join the group using the above link...

    In red it says I can't connect with Google but with Bloombergbeta or workflowy
