How to disable banner annoyances as a paid user?

The mobile and desktop apps are showing banners asking me to rate the app or fill out a survey. I don't want to see these banners. How can I disable them?

  The banners pop up while I'm trying to type or click, obstructing use of the app.

  Have you tried to dismiss the banner by tapping on the ( X )? It worked for me.
