    2 ways:

    1. Just type the url and hit space. WF should parse it as an URL and format and create hyperlink acconrdingly

    2. Copy and Paste the URL

    thanks, didn't know about 1.

    i figured out 2.

     

    i also figured out '<CTRL>+k"-type feature/fix -- paste the URL, like in 2., then drop what you want the text to be in the middle of the link text -- delete the rest of the extraneous/original text off the front and back.

    e.g. 

         http://politicaltheory.info/<space>

    that creates the link.

    then insert your text:

         http://My Sitepoliticaltheory.info/

         ...<delete extraneous text>...

         My Site

    The 'My Site' will still be linked.

    You will find a native link editor either by using https://beta.workflowy.com or by activating the Beta features under the settings.
