Does toggling boards mode vs bullets mode change the view for other users (for shared notes)?

I guess I pretty much asked the question in the title. But basically, my use case is that another user shared a note with me, and I don't want to bother them if they like bullet mode, but I want to use board mode. Will my changes impact them at all?

  It looks like any change of the view from anybody is propagated to all users in the shared space.

  I will address this issue with the team, for it makes sense that every user should be able to set their preferred view.
