Enter key not creating a new item

When I hit the enter key on the Android app it used to create a new item. A couple weeks ago it stopped and now the enter key does nothing. To create a new item I have to close the keyboard and hit the plus.

  Hi Ted,

  Would you try deleting and reinstalling your Android app?

  I've been dealing with this issue and came to post about it. It happens in both the app and Chrome on Android.

  Here's what I noticed:

  Whenever there is a space or punctuation mark at the end of a line, enter works. If not, it doesn't.

  Also, you can press enter from the start of the next line and it works.

  But if you are at the end of a word with no space or punctuation after, enter does nothing.

  The bug crosses between Chrome and the app.

  I'm on a OnePlus 6 with the latest OS and latest version of the app and Chrome.

  Hope this helps in diagnosing the bug.

  Appears to be device or OS level dependent. I can't replicate on a Moto G5 Android 8.1.

  I'm on Android 10. Oxygen OS 10.3.4. was also an issue on 10.3.3. This has been an issue for a bit but maybe not always? Could be a conflict between the typing suggestion and WorkFlowy enter key input.

  Typing suggestion sounds like a worthy suspect... Is it possible to disable the feature on the OP?

  I'm also having this issue and reinstalling the app didn't help. Maybe it's related to this issue: https://workflowy.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360069237112-So-buggy-it-s-unusable ?

  At this point I've accepted this limitation for now by simply adding a space on the end of every bullet while typing on my phone. Not ideal but mostly invisible for things like to do lists. Works for me.

  RE the link to the Mac issue, my issue seems to be different and much more limited than what they are experiencing.

  I've been using workflowy pro for years and started having this issue two recently on chrome with Chrome on Windows 10 and the Workflowy app on Android.
