How can I have a view with just a list with bullets corresponding of a searched tag ?

For example, if I have a tag #thoughts, I'd like to ba able to list of  the bullets corresponding to this tag and only these.

And I'd like to be able to do some changes to  these items.

  I second that!

  And it's now 3 years since this question was asked. And you said it will be implemented natively. Any progress on this?

  Or it's maybe done and not updated within this discussion and I don't know?
