Keyboard shortcut for "Copy Link"

I use Copy Link a lot for creating links inside workflowy, would be nice not to have to resort to the mouse for it.

  Yep + 1

  one of the GREAT things about workflowy is the speed with which you can dump, organize and navigate with just the keyboard.

  Now that you guys are working in transclusion and hyperlinks would be a good time to add a keyboard shortcut for these greats features And the copy link!

  With the linking features we're working on, copying the (internal) link may become unnecessary. At the time of cross-referencing (creating bi-directional links?) there will likely be a helper/search menu to insert where you want to link to.

  ...So let's see where this takes us :-)

  That makes sense, but I still fairly often copy links to use outside Workflowy, so would still be useful to have this.

  Also in other applications I use it's often easier to copy link, go to new place, paste link. Having a helper menu is less nice because it means you can't stop and do something else while navigating to the place you want the link, or double-check the bullets around the one you want to link to to make sure it's the right one.

  Hi @Gibson,

  We have a lot planned around links... and a shortcut to copy would indeed be useful one way or another.

  Would you (and anyone else who wants) shoot me an email at help@workflowy.com and I'll see about sending you an invite to the WorkFlowy Users Group on Slack (User run community) where the team does show up... and at the right time when we announce beta testing there for the link features... I'm sure you (and other users) will advocate for a shortcut to copy links. This way the team is highly likely to bundle this feature in with other link-related features.

  Closing this thread since we've implemented Alt+Shift+L to copy internal links :-)
