Android app no items showing

When opening the app, a blank screen is showing without list items.

Menu is available and all items are visible in the menu, but when selecting a main-item, the underlying items are not showing. The menu-path at the top of the screen is updated, but no items are visible.

The +-button at bottom of screen seems to work, but not visible in the app. When tapping the button, nothing happens but when accessing my account on the laptop, new empty bullets were added without being visible on the phone.

All items under my account are correctly showing when accessing account via browser on laptop or via the windows app.

Tried stopping the app, cache clearing, reinstalling and accessing account via chrome-browser on android, but nothing works.

Android 6 and app was last updated on april 29.

  If you aren't seeing content on mobile, go to Settings ⋮ , and enable Faster Item Menu in Experimental Features.
  Then kill and reload the app.

  I have the same problem since I updated the app from PlayStore yesterday. I'm using Android 5.1.1.

  Could you review this bug?

  Me too. Since this morning. I'm not aware of any updates to app or to android system. I'm using Android 9.

  +1, the Android app is broken, no items are showing. screenshot attached.

  Logging out and back in did not fix it.

  also, as Yves said, the web app doesn't work in mobile Chrome on the phone when it loads the mobile site. However, if you switch to "Desktop site" (under Chrome options) it loads fine (so that's a workaround for anyone who needs it urgently on your phone). And it works fine in desktop Chrome on my mac.

  I'm on a Note 9 and uninstalled it and then reinstalled and still not working.

  The fix has already been sent out...

  I only got around to the forum here after having cleared out all the help desk emails... which were considerable.
