I want to change all occurrences of a specific tag to a new name. How can I do this?

Hi! We don't yet have this as a native feature.

What you can do in the meantime is use @rawbytz's find-and-replace bookmarklet for WorkFlowy:

Okay, thank you. Is there a place I can see a master list of my hashmarks? Can I delete a hashmark and delete all occurrences of it?

    Awesome. The find/replace works fine!

I'd still appreciate knowing if there is a master list also.  Thanks for the bookmarklet!

Run from Home, this bookmarklet creates a bullet at the top with all your tags.  With Show completed = ON, you can click any tag to search, then use F/R to rename or delete.

Thanks so much rawbytz. Those 2 bookmarklets let me do what I was wanting. Cheers!

Also, there is a master list of all tags (depending on your zoomed-in context) via the Search helper, top right of your screen.Just pop your cursor into the search box... and you can then expand the "Tags" section. You can see all tags account wide by doing this from your home screen.

BTW, you need to have the "Search helper" feature enabled in Settings.
