Ctrl + Shift + 9/0 on Chromebooks not working

I am unable to get Ctrl + Shift + 9/0  to work.

I noticed this was previously reported as fixed 1 year ago https://workflowy.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360040194851-Support-Ctrl-Shift-9-0-on-Chromebooks

As reported then Ctrl + Shift + 9 does work if Workflowy is opened as a window but not Ctrl + Shift + 0
