Hint about the path of internal links

When including a link to another node, you get a full URL:

It may be interesting to detect if a URL is internal, and then show some hint about the path. Something like:

  How about the link text is simply the bullet name and you hover the link for path info?  (and never show "Home" because it can be assumed)

  I think Rawbytz suggestion is perfect.

  The link text of the alias should be the original bullet name (automatically set in italics so to show it's an alias and not the original node). That's the way MacOs does it with documents and folder aliases and its a quite natural and straight forward approach.

  Also, the suggestion of showing the bullet path info while hovering over the alias sounds like a nice addition.

  Hi rawbytz: yes, something like that could work. In some cases the actual node title might not give enough info/context and hovering introduces friction, that's why I thought about the full path -- but it's true that in other cases the full path will be too much.
