Faster Item Menu no longer shows up

When the Faster Item Menu option is enabled there is no way to get to an item's menu.  Hovering over where the menu item menu trigger should be results in nothing happening.  I am also unable to trigger the menu use the beta version of the site as well.  I'm using Chrome 80.0.3987.149

  I realized that the monitoring I was using (which is not my standard monitor) has a lower contrast then I'm used to.  The menu icon is so similar to the background color that was virtually invisible.  It is visible on my other monitor.

  Yep... glad you found the 3-dot menu to the left of the bullet :-)
