    Hi Liuyi,

    WorkFlowy users can connect to dropbox if they are Pro users. If you're a Pro user, you should be able to find the "Backup to Dropbox" feature in your Settings area.

    If you're a Pro user and have tried activating the Backup to Dropbox feature without success, you could try and use the following link to connect your account: 

    https://workflowy.com/authorize_dropbox

    Hi Tony, 

    You should be able to disable the Dropbox backup feature in your Settings menu and then log into a different account and activate the feature again. One thing you could also try is to disable any apps that you've given access to Dropbox (WorkFlowy in this case). Here's a page that might help:
