Import directory listing into WorkFlowy

Is there a way to turn a UNIX-like directory listing (or a Mac folder structure) into a WorkFlowy list? I suspect that it might involve an intermediary step such as converting the directory listing to OPML and then importing that.

Before I try to reinvent a wheel: does a way already exist to do that?
