Add a shortcut to create a new line even if cursor is not in the end of current line.

    Hi Igor,

    have you tried using the down arrow and then hitting Enter? This should save you having to place your cursor at the end of the bullet's text.

    if down arrow is what is supposed to place the cursor at the end of the text, it only works if it's the last line

    but my point is not only making it achievable quickly (enough), but also making it work like it does in text editors and ides

    Hi Igor,

    Your point is well taken! I will pass this on to engineering. What I have personally done is used a Hotkey to combine the following key presses:

     

    1. Shift+Enter (puts you in note mode)

    2. Left arrow (moves you up to the end of the bullet

    3. Enter (creates a new bullet

     

    The above may help in the interim... that is, if you use some sort of software that will combine multiple key strokes to create one "hotkey"/ tailor-made shortcut. I use PhraseExpress.
