If no node is cursored, WorkFlowy has no way of knowing which node to zoom in on, if the zoom in key command is pressed. That's logical - the node should be manually selected in this case, or the bullet simply clicked on to zoom in on it.
However, when I want to zoom out from a level, I should be able to enter the zoom out key command, and have WorkFlowy display me the parent level, whether or not a node is cursored.
It really bugs me having to select a node arbitrarily just to be able to tell WF I want to zoom out, when the level that is being displayed is de facto the selected level.
I know I can simply click on a menu bar location to select the level I want to go to, but if there is a way of forcing WF to zoom out with key commands even when no node is cursored, that would be awesome : )
