    I was having trouble with this, But just tried it both ways putting something into the PC and looking for it in WorkFlowy and then putting something into WorkFlowy and then looking for it on the PC. Both times the sync was almost instantaneous.

    I signed out of both the Windows App and the Android App and then went back in and the Sync showed up.
