Installable PWA version

I believe Workflowy is a perfect candidate for a PWA, and would make more sense than a desktop electron app.

"Progressive Web App"... it's kind of a hybrid between a web site, and an app. A PWA works on different devices like websites do, but has "instant" start and works offline like an app.

WorkFlowy's current desktop app is built on a framework called "Electron".
