    Hi Jon,

Currently, the way sharing works is limited to the sharing of bullet hierarchies. Although super interesting to be able to have a tag-based sharing dynamic, this is currently not on our road map.

As far as your second question... You would have to share on a hierarchical basis... so, say you have a team outline, you could share your "John" list with John or your "Mary" list with Mary... that is, if it is for their eyes only.

John, I'll take a stab at your question, also.

A beauty of Workflowy is its flexibility.  I'm not sure from your question, whether you're aware of the 'Share' tab in Workflowy.  So (just as Frank said) you could easily write a bullet hierarchy whose top bullet says '@Share w/ Bob Smith'  You then hover over that bullet, and you'll see a dropdown menu.  On that menu, click on the 'Share' button.  Then enter Bob Smith's email when prompted, and Bob can then see all of your bullets under "@Share with Bob Smith".  And then do the same with any number of other people.

If you happen to have two email addresses (such as home and work, etc.)  you could easily test that, by sharing with your other email address to be sure it's working correctly for you.

I'm not sure if that answers your question or not.  Hopefully that helps.

    Thanks, Earl and Frank!

Earl, yes, I'm aware of that sharing function.  What I wanted was to organize the bullets one way, say chronologically, but then determine what group of users each was shared with.
