A release with this fix is now in the app store (version 3.4.2). For expediency, it has not been beta tested beyond the WorkFlowy team, so please report if there are issues.

We apologize! There is a bug in the latest iOS build on older iOS phones. If you upgrade your OS, it will work. Or you can use the browser. We are actively working on a fix and will update you when we have one.

    Thanks, Lee!
Understood. Thank you all for working on the bug fix! I'll use the browser in the meantime.
I have version 10.3.3 on my iPhone 5c. I guess that's not upgraded enough?
    Thanks again!

Yeah, you need iOS 12 or higher. Still working on the fix for iOS 10 and 11. Thanks!

That's great there's a fix waiting for review in the App Store! How long does the review process usually take?
Thanks so much for working on this so quickly!

Yeah, same for me unfortunately. The latest release and the browser version are not loading on my 5c with iOS 10.3.3

Is a fix for this still in the works?
Thanks for your time and energy on this!

Locked out on ipad currently via app.  Running 10.3.3 and without access to iOS upgrades given device age. Large workflowy account, ~3.5MBs when exported as text.

I have complete confidence the team is working hard on this likely edge case, but more communication about the issue may still help those who are upgrading right now and will see it break.  I was more inclined than average  to upgrade given the patch notes seemed relevant to my account.

More comunication would have also helped in that I embrassingly did not at all think to log in via browser as was recommended above, so the log in issue felt much bigger than it really was.

I still have this loading issue on my Iphone 4s running iOS 9.3.6. That is, the workflowy app gets stuck while loading (only showing the list animation). The same happens when I try to log in into my workflowy account via Safari.

Any chance that this issue will also be fixed for iOS 9.3.x?

    Thanks,

    Ben
