Can't drag and drop Win 10 with a Wacom Intuos 4

Latest drivers (WacomTablet_6.3.33-3), Win 10 up to date, using an Intuos 4 PTK 640 - I can't drag n drop with the Wacom pen either on the desktop app or via beta.workflowy.com.  No problem with a mouse though.

  I don't believe we've built functionality to interface with a Wacom pen before. We'll add it to the lists, thanks.

  Well in OSX using an small Intuous Pen and Touch CTH 480, drag and drop works fine.  It's definitely specific to that hardware.
