Search for @tag or #tag, but not within bullet X

I thought there might be a way to do this, but I'm stumped.

I have a tag @Jack and I want to find all occurrences, but not in my Journal Bullet. I suppose I can just change the tag within my Journal to something like @JackJournal and then it won't come up in my other searches, but I'd like to work more with operators and starred pages.

  You can now do a global search with Ctrl K or Ctrl ; (depending on your machine).
