Bullets with sub bullets - no visible distinction

Using the Web version, there is no longer a visible distinction between bullets that have sub-bullets and those that don't. I notice this was a bug several months ago that was fixed. But appears to be an issue again across browsers and platforms. (I like the implementation on the iPhone app where the bullet "halo" signifies sub-bullets, and the halo disappears when there are no further sub-bullets.)

I'm mainly using Chrome on Chromebook and Windows.

  I played around a bit more and realised it's related to the "Workflowy Background Images" extension I use (via the Stylus extension). I guess this isn't supported (?) but I love customizing the background. Strange because it used to work fine.

  If I disable the extension, I can see the usual bullet behaviour.
